It was a day filled with happiness – a morning that saw hopes getting fulfilled for everyone at Weragodamulla Maha Vidyalaya, Minuwangoda which is full of good-hearted children. The main hall of the school, reconstructed under the “FLI Sathkara” Project of FLi with its funding and labor contribution of parents, was handed over for the use of students by the “Shrama Sathkara” programme.
This occasion was graced by Venerable Priests, the Board of Directors of FLi and staff, Officials from the Regional Education Office, Honorable Principal and the teachers, and parents. Invitees were warmly welcomed by the students and a very colorful ceremony with speeches and many features was held in the Main Hall itself.
